WHO DO I SEE?

My work is focused on helping older children and adolescents of any gender find their identity and come into their full authentic selves. I also enjoy partnering with parents to learn skills that will help them form stronger relationships with their children. With me, you will learn coping skills for stressful situations at home or at school, how to talk to adults so you can both listen and be heard, and how to solve problems that seem really big (but maybe when broken down into little pieces it’s actually achievable). Although I see all teens, I specialize in girls, especially those who have experienced sexual trauma in their lifetime.

If you have experienced trauma that has left you with nightmares, panic attacks, emotions you can’t understand, or general feelings of anxiety/anger/depression, I will work with you to come up with a plan to reduce your symptoms. My goal is to help you find coping skills and solutions that you can continue to use throughout your life, long after you’ve stopped coming to therapy.

Therapy is temporary; adapting to change is a lifelong skill.
